Qualification: Post Graduation
Technical Knowledge: Tally, Advanced Excel, POS Systems, Ginesys / ERP Systems
Experience: Minimum 9–10 years of experience in retail store management and sales operations.
Role Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, achieving sales targets, managing store staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
- Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
- Maintain store discipline and operational efficiency.
2. Sales Performance
- Drive store sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
3. Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate stock management and minimize stock losses.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply teams for stock availability.
4.Customer Service Management
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
5. Team Supervision
- Lead store employees and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Provide training and support to improve staff performance.
