Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Manager to oversee the inventory and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible formanaging the storage, receipt, dispatch, and recordkeeping of raw materials, components, andfinished goods. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth production and ensuring materials areavailable as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:o Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.o Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.o Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and theft.

Warehouse Operations:Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and safe storage of items.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement, production, and dispatch departments for timely material availability.

. Liaise with vendors and transporters for inbound and outbound shipments.

Record keeping & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, stock registers, etc.

Use ERP systems or inventory software for tracking and reporting.

Team Management:o Supervise and train store personnel.

Delegate responsibilities and monitor daily activities for efficiency and accuracy.

People Management.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Comply with audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:Diploma in Mechanical Engineers .

5+ years of experience in a store or warehouse management role within the manufacturingsector.

Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse safety regulations.

Work Environment:

Location: VASAI EAST.

Physical work may include lifting, operating forklifts, or standing for extended periods.
