Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and staff schedules.

Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.

Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
