Position: Accessories Store Manager
Department: Sales / After-Sales
Location: Hyundai Dealership
Role Objective:
To drive accessory sales, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and contribute to dealership profitability through effective promotion and management of Hyundai genuine accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and annual accessory sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell accessories during new vehicle delivery and service visits.
Customer Handling
Educate customers on the benefits of Hyundai genuine accessories.
Provide product demonstrations and ensure superior customer service.
Inventory Management
Maintain optimum stock levels of fast-moving accessories.
Coordinate with Parts/Procurement team for timely replenishment.
Monitor slow-moving stock and plan liquidation.
Team Coordination
Work closely with the sales team to bundle accessories with vehicle sales.
Support service advisors in promoting accessories during workshop visits.
Train sales and service staff on accessory features and benefits.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute accessory promotions and offers.
Ensure attractive accessory display in the showroom.
Conduct seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track customer preferences and market trends.
Share inputs with management for strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Automobile).
2–5 years’ experience in automobile sales/service (accessories preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Hyundai genuine accessories will be an advantage.
Ability to manage inventory and work in a target-driven environment.
