Job Title: Store Manager (Laundry Shop)
Location: Vesu, Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in store management

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundry shop in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing a store or similar retail environment, preferably in the laundry or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations

• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain inventory and supplies, manage stock levels

• Coordinate with laundry staff for smooth order processing

• Keep records of incoming and outgoing garments

• Monitor cleanliness and overall store presentation

• Handle basic billing and cash management

• Report daily sales and activities to the owner or supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, inventory tools)

• Honest, punctual, and organized

• Ability to manage customer service efficiently

Working Hours: As per shop timing (to be discussed in the interview)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
