About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to manage school supply store operations and coordinate with schools, parents, vendors, and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and inventory.
Coordinate school orders and timely supply deliveries.
Handle parents, customers, and store visitors.
Manage vendor and transport coordination.
Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
Handle customer queries, returns, and replacements.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in retail, store operations, or customer service.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Positive attitude and strong coordination skills.
