Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock of all raw materials used in the kitchen

• Check and record incoming deliveries daily

• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of goods

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking

• Raise purchase requests based on kitchen requirements

• Keep records updated and share reports with the team

• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines for food storage

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory/store management (preferably in F&B)

• Basic knowledge of kitchen materials and stock handling

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Organized and responsible attitude
