Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues with professionalism
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and stock levels to ensure optimum presentation and availability
Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff
Handle scheduling, budgeting, and store financials
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Drive store sales and ensure achievement of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Foster a positive and engaging work environment to inspire team loyalty and productivity
