Positions: Store Manager & Store Keeper

1. Job Details

Position 1: Store Manager (ERP & Operations Lead)

• Experience: 4–7 Years

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (Supply Chain / Business)

• Level: Senior Management

Position 2: Store Keeper (ERP Entry & Physical Handling)

• Experience: 1–3 Years

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Level: Operational Staff

2. Role Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing overall store operations, inventory control, raw material handling, ERP entries, stock maintenance, and coordination with the production team.

The Store Manager will oversee inventory planning, ERP accuracy, stock audits, and store staff management, while the Store Keeper will handle daily inward and outward stock entries, physical material handling, and warehouse organisation.

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Store Manager (ERP & Operations Lead)

1. Manage overall inventory and maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system.

2. Monitor raw materials such as timber, metals, hardware, polish chemicals, and finished goods.

3. Conduct monthly physical stock audits and reconcile them with ERP records.

4. Maintain reorder levels and ensure materials are available for production.

5. Monitor material issuance and consumption to reduce wastage.

6. Supervise Store Keepers and material handling staff.

7. Maintain proper inventory documentation and safety procedures.

8. Coordinate with production and purchase departments.

B. Store Keeper (ERP Entry & Physical Handling)

1. Handle daily inward and outward stock entries in ERP/Excel.

2. Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Gate Passes.

3. Receive and issue raw materials as per authorised requisition slips.

4. Verify material quantities against vendor invoices and delivery challans.

5. Maintain bin cards and proper stock records.

6. Organise materials according to rack and bin numbers.

7. Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.

8. Coordinate with the Store Manager and production team.

4. Required Skills

• Knowledge of ERP software and inventory management.

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Knowledge of stock inward and outward processes.

• Understanding of GRN, Gate Pass, stock audits, and material requisitions.

• Good record-keeping and data entry skills.

• Ability to coordinate with production and purchase teams.

• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.

5. Software Requirements

• Store Manager: Advanced ERP Systems, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel.

• Store Keeper: Basic Computer Operations, ERP Entries, MS Excel, and Data Entry.

Note: Relevant experience in manufacturing, handicrafts, or export house operations will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
