Store Manager

Locations - Yelahanka , HSR Layout

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning

•Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets

•Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team

•Provide excellent customer service and handle customer escalations

•Ensure proper product display as per visual merchandising standards

•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain

•Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management

•Train and develop the team to improve performance

•Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)

•3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in furniture or home décor

•Strong leadership and team management skills

•Excellent communication and customer handling skills

•Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

•Good knowledge of retail operations

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
