We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Mobile Sales Manager to lead and grow our mobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store operations, training team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple outlets or a designated territory.
Lead and manage a team of mobile sales executives across stores.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mobile phones and accessories.
Develop sales strategies and promotional plans to boost footfall and conversions.
Monitor daily store activities, stock movement, and visual merchandising.
Train and motivate the team to ensure excellent product knowledge and customer service.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs (e.g., Samsung, Vivo), and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales protocols.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience: 3–6 years in retail/mobile sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
