Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic furniture store manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of furniture products, and the ability to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and professional advice.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishments, and oversee merchandise displays.

• Hire, train, and evaluate store staff; schedule shifts effectively.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

• Analyze sales reports and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Work closely with suppliers and coordinate furniture deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a store manager or similar role in the furniture or retail industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach.

• Understanding of sales principles and retail management practices.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
