Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bike Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our two-wheeler service department. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of bikes, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the bike service center.

• Manage and allocate tasks to technicians and workshop staff.

• Ensure timely and quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.

• Maintain service records, job cards, and inventory of spare parts.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service standards are met.

• Coordinate with the sales and parts departments for smooth operations.

• Monitor team performance and provide training as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in two-wheeler service or workshop management.

• Strong knowledge of bike mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field.

• Experience working with major two-wheeler brands is a plus.

• Knowledge of inventory and CRM software is an advantage.
