Amoeba Leisure seeks a dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top customer satisfaction, and drive business growth at our entertainment outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer experience and resolve complaints.

• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotions.

• Optimize operations, manage P&L, and control costs.

• Lead, coach, hire, and train store staff.

• Manage inventory and minimize shrinkage.

• Handle documentation and ensure compliance.

Required:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong retail management experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Excellent people management, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
