JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Acts as a liaison between Franchise Owners/Field Management and Support Center team
2 Maintain close communication with NSO and Support Center teams to keep projects on track
3 Partner with the key cross functional teams to ensure appropriate training support for all new stores openings
4 Provide accurate recaps following each NSO and distribute to appropriate parties
5 Maintaining an adaptable NSO model that ensures consistent replication across the system
6 Develop and maintain high level of knowledge regarding store operational processes and procedures
7 Under managerial direction, develop and/or revise new store opening procedures
8 Ensure that new store opening, Discovery Day, and store hierarchy accounts are accurate and current
9 Work directly with stores and field management to evaluate processes and seek opportunities for continuous process improvement
10 Support or manage other operations projects per Director, Operation Services
11 Make accurate report of Reimbursement Sheet for accounts team
REQUIREMENT
Enjoy moderate travel both regionally and nationally
5+ years of retail store level retail management experience required
3+ years of retail store opening experience required
Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, based upon the business needs of the district or area
