JOB SUMMARY Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Full-Time | Work From Office 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM 7 Days Store Operations (Rotational Weekly Off) ₹[Amount] per month + performance-based incentives We are looking for an experienced, highly responsible, and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship retail outlet in Lajpat Nagar. As a retail leader, you will manage daily store operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the team to achieve sales targets. Since our store operates 7 days a week with extended hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) to maximize customer footfall, the ideal candidate must be adept at shift scheduling and roster management, ensuring seamless store coverage and peak performance throughout the day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Store Operations & Sales Management • • • • • Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly across a 7-day weekly schedule with 10 AM – 10 PM operational hours. Achieve sales targets, maximize store performance, and implement local sales-driving strategies. Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness. Handle billing, cash management, day-end reconciliation, and reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the corporate management team. Staff Supervision & Roster Scheduling • • • Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective targets. Design and manage efficient staff shifts and rosters to ensure full store coverage during operational hours (10 AM – 10 PM) across all 7 days, while coordinating rotational weekly offs for the team. Ensure strict discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior on the showroom floor. Page 1 of 2 Customer Relations & Inventory Control • • • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an exceptional customer satisfaction experience. Maintain highly accurate inventory and stock records, actively minimizing shrinkage. Coordinate seamlessly with the warehouse and corporate management teams for timely stock replenishment. REQUIREMENTS • • • • Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Retail Management role (Leather goods or premium apparel retail experience is highly preferred). Operational Skills: Strong understanding of retail sales, floor operations, and managing rotational team shifts/extended hours. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory management software, retail POS systems, and billing processes. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, clear communication, and strong interpersonal skills to handle both staff management and premium customer relations
