Role Description:
GIVA is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our jewellery retail store in Kengeri, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of store targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store standards.
Monitor store performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and SOPs.
Requirements:
Experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
Strong sales, team management, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to drive business targets and manage store operations independently.
Location: Kengeri, Bengaluru
