Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, staff, and customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle inventory, stock receiving, storage, and stock movement.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Manage and guide store staff and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure proper store cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to sales, stock, and store operations.
Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.
