Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage inventory, stock levels, shrinkage, and replenishment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Sales & Profitability
Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
Implement local marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and conversion
Analyze sales data and take corrective actions where necessary
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance and performance
Foster a positive and customer-centric work culture
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure excellent in-store customer experience
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism
Maintain high standards of store layout, merchandising, and cleanliness
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operations
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and regional management teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
2–8 years of experience in retail/FMCG, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in using retail POS systems and MS Office
Fluent in English and local language(s)
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
