Job Title : Store Manager

Candidate: Lady/Female

Key Responsibilities :

1) Sales & Operations :

Achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

Supervise daily store activities, opening/closing, and floor management.

Implement marketing promotions and strategies.

Monitor sales reports and KPIs to identify improvements.

2)Inventory & Merchandising:

Manage stock levels, stocktaking, and supplier coordination.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store appearance.

3)Customer Experience :

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

4) Accounting

Manage store expenses, and financial records.

Daily Accounting Records
