Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in jewellery or fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role

Qualification: Graduate preferred (Minimum 12th pass acceptable with relevant experience)

Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory)

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a superior in-store customer experience. This role is ideal for dynamic leaders with strong sales, people management, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and performance targets.

Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory management, billing, and customer service.

Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and sales guidelines.

Maintain visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with backend for replenishment.

Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Prepare and present sales reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

Train and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.

Foster strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Candidate Profile

4–6 years of proven experience in jewellery/fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a store leadership role.

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, convincing ability, and customer handling skills.

Well-groomed, confident personality with a result-driven mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
