Hiring for Store Manager at Borivali for Retail store.

1. Gender : Female/ Male (first priority female)

2. ⁠Qualification : 12th pass or graduate

3. ⁠Timing : 10:30am to 9:30pm

4. ⁠Week off : 1 weekly off

5. ⁠Experience : 5 to 10 years

6. ⁠Age : 30 to 50years

7. ⁠Store Type : Men’s Ethnic & Formal wear retail store manager

8. Salary : 40k to 60k

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the store team.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.

• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate with warehouse and head office for inventory and operational support.

• Drive customer retention and repeat business through excellent service.
