Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards as per brand guidelines
Handle opening and closing of the store, cash management, and POS operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve store revenue
Drive upselling and cross-selling to maximize average bill value
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Team Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff
Motivate and coach the team to meet sales and service goals
Conduct staff performance reviews and provide regular feedback
Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and grooming standards
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Manage inward and outward stock, size availability, and stock rotation
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage and losses
Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers as required
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional in-store customer service and personalized shopping experience
Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
Handle returns, exchanges, and escalations professionally
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily sales reports, inventory reports, and staff performance reports
Track expenses and control store operating costs
Communicate with regional or head office teams regularly
