We are hiring a Store Manager for a premium jewellery retail store. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a high-value retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle premium clients
Lead, train, and motivate store staff for better performance
Maintain inventory, stock movement, and visual merchandising
Ensure proper billing, SOP compliance, and store discipline
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager in jewellery retail
Strong knowledge of jewellery products and sales techniques
Fluent in Hindi & English
Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
Target-driven and sales-focused mindset
