Key Responsibilities:
🛍️ Sales & Customer Experience
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor and improve customer service standards, styling advice, and in-store experience.
Analyze sales data, footfall, and conversion to improve performance.
Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
👥 Team Leadership & People Management
Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing store team (stylists, cashiers, support staff).
Set clear KPIs for staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
Create a motivating, disciplined, and fashion-forward work culture.
Conduct daily briefings and training on product knowledge and customer interaction.
🧥 Visual Merchandising & Store Appearance
Ensure the store reflects brand identity through flawless visual merchandising.
Work closely with VM team to implement new setups, seasonal themes, and promotional displays.
Maintain cleanliness, lighting, and overall aesthetic appeal of the store.
📦 Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain optimum stock levels through regular tracking and timely reordering.
Ensure smooth inwarding, tagging, storage, and damage handling.
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage.
Plan and execute end-of-season sale (EOSS) and fresh arrivals strategy.
📊 Operations & Reporting
Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
Maintain staff schedules, attendance records, and duty rosters.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to HO/Area Manager.
Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and compliance policies are followed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (MBA or Fashion/Retail Management preferred)
4–7 years of retail experience with 2+ years in a store manager/supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent fashion sense, styling knowledge, and customer-centric mindset
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Excel, retail software, and billing systems
