Job Summary The Store Manager at Capello Salon is responsible for the overall management of the salon outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, team discipline, revenue growth, and strict adherence to company SOPs and brand standards -- Key Responsibilitie Salon Operation Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow Ensure opening and closing of the salon as per company timings Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience as per Capello standards Ensure all SOPs are followed by staff at all times Team Managemen Supervise, motivate, and discipline salon staff Prepare staff duty rosters, weekly offs, and leave management Ensure staff grooming, uniform, and professional behavior Conduct daily briefings and regular performance follow-ups Handle staff issues, conflicts, and escalations professionally Customer Experienc Ensure excellent client service and resolve customer complaints promptly Ensure proper client onboarding, consultation, and billing procedures Encourage Google reviews and client feedback Maintain high service quality and client retention Sales & Revenu Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet KPIs Promote services, packages, memberships, and retail products Monitor daily sales reports and cash handling Control discounts and approvals as per company policy Inventory & Stock Managemen Monitor stock levels of products and consumables Raise purchase requests on time and avoid stock shortages Ensure proper storage and minimal wastage Reporting & Complianc Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with management Ensure attendance, payroll inputs, and incentives are accurately submitted Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety norms -- Required Skills & Qualification Minimum 2–4 years of experience in salon, retail, or hospitality management Strong leadership and team-handling skills Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of billing systems, Excel, and reporting Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Problem-solving and decision-making ability -- Preferred Attribute Experience in salon or beauty industry Result-oriented and disciplined approach Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer-first mindset -- Working Hour As per salon operational hours (including weekends and holidays) -- Compensatio Salary + Performance-based incentives (as per company policy)
