Location: Central Market, Meerut
Industry: Footwear Retail
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in store (Mandatory in Footwear Retail)
Age Criteria: Below 30 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Drive improvement in ATV, UPT, conversion rate, and overall bill count
Ensure effective product pitching and cross-selling of footwear & accessories
Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner
Maintain stock accuracy and control shrinkage
Build, lead, and supervise a skilled sales team
Enforce grooming, discipline, and behavioral standards in the store

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Footwear Retail Industry
Proven experience in team handling and store operations
Strong knowledge of sales KPIs and retail metrics
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good leadership and communication skills
