Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager from Footwear Industry to join our team at Calcetto to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, promote sales and handle sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Executives
Customer Handling
Follow daily opening and closing checklists
Drive improvement in ATV, UPT, Conversion, and Bill Count.
Drive improvement in ATV, UPT, Conversion, and Bill Count
Handle day to day store operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience.
Candidate should be from footwear industry and must have worked in any footwear store.
