Role Overview
The Store Manager will be the captain of the Bubbles store — responsible for achieving sales targets, leading the team, managing stock, and driving marketing initiatives that boost walk-ins and visibility in the Indiranagar area.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Leadership
Oversee complete store operations — sales, billing, stock, staff, and display.
Supervise and motivate staff; ensure discipline and teamwork.
Maintain visual merchandising standards comparable to FirstCry or Hamleys.
Track stock levels, reorder popular items, and manage vendor relationships.
Handle daily sales reporting, billing accuracy, and cash flow.

Ensure every family has a warm, friendly, and premium shopping experience.
Guide customers on age-appropriate toys and trusted baby brands.
Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and parents’ communities.
Handle queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Set and achieve monthly sales and footfall targets.
Analyze product-wise sales, identify slow movers, and plan offers.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Create in-store display themes and festive decorations to attract families.
Coordinate social media content (reels, photos, offers) with the marketing team.
Stay updated on competitors like Hamleys, FirstCry, and ToyZone and suggest ideas to stand out.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills (Hindi & English).
Retail experience preferred (especially in toys, baby care, or lifestyle).
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Business tools.
Energetic, trustworthy, and target-oriented attitude.
