Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Store & Inside Sales Executive with 1 year of experience in apparel retail. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, coordinating tailoring services, driving inside sales, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth store functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🛍️ Retail Store Handling:

Assist customers in selecting garments and provide styling suggestions.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance in-store experience.
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising.
Handle customer queries, returns, and exchange processes.
Support store opening and closing procedures.

✂️ Tailor Handling:

Take accurate customer measurements for alterations.
Coordinate with tailors for timely delivery of altered garments.
Maintain records of alterations and delivery schedules.
Ensure quality check before handing over garments to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding trial and delivery timelines.
