Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead store staff.
Manage daily store operations.
Control store expenses.
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Control inventory movement (stock in/out, damages, returns, etc.)
Coordinate with the Head Office on operations, stock, and reporting
Prepare and dispatch daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
Maintain store cleanliness and display standards.
Train, schedule, and support staff.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly
Requirements:
Experience in retail or store management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and solve problems.
Must be graduated.
