Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Drive sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise store staff

• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Handle cash management, billing, and store audits

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in retail management (preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands)

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

• Knowledge of skincare products and current beauty trends is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
