Team Management

1. Supervise and manage a team of warehouse/store staff.

2. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure staff are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.

3. Conduct performance appraisals and address any performance issues.

Inventory Management

1. Manage and control inventory levels, including stock replenishment and optimization.

2. Implement and maintain effective inventory reporting and analysis systems.
