• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion & basket size.

• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock display standards.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.

• Ensure proper inventory control: stock checks, shrinkage control.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service satisfaction.

• Coordinate with HO for promotions, pricing, and operational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit standards.

• Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
