Responsibilities for store manager

• Mentors Assistant Manager and Team Leader

• Assists in staff scheduling

• Completes and sends all end-of-month paperwork and budgets

• Interact with team members in a fast-paced store to insure that all goals are met

• Motivating sales associates to provide friendly and prompt service that exceeds customer’s expectations

• Resolving customer complaints in a timely, professional manner

Qualifications for store manager

• 1+ years of retail management experience at the assistant manager level or above

• Ability to suggestively sell and be persuasive

• Ability to enable management and develop staff

• Excellent sense of initiative

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
