Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete store operations and daily sales activities

• Handle walk-in clients and convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Lead and supervise front desk, sales and floor staff

• Ensure premium client experience and proper trial coordination

• Maintain order records, delivery timelines and client follow-ups

• Monitor store presentation, VM and stock coordination

• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion retail / designer store preferred

• Strong sales conversion and team handling skills

• Good communication in Hindi & English

• Smart, presentable and leadership mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (billing / Excel / WhatsApp handling)

Salary: 40000-50000 + incentives (based on experience)
