Job Description:

Store Manager

-Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising

- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries

- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards

- Actively involved in new store openings for retail & garments segment

- Coordinate store setup, staff onboarding, and launch activities

- Prepare reports on sales performance and store activities

- Prepare Store CSR attendance report , Tracking Daily attendance .

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum basic education - Graduate (as per role)
Retail experience preferred
Good communication skills
Team-oriented and customer-focused
Punctual and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
