Job Title: Store Manager – Fashion Brand

Reports To: Area Manager / Retail Operations Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing store operations, and leading a motivated team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and profitability by achieving targets and KPIs

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium brand experience

• Manage daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and stock control

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff

• Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

• Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in fashion retail

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Customer-focused with a passion for fashion and trends

• Proficient in POS systems and retail software

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
