We are looking for a Store Keeper to join our team at Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd . This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently.
Core responsibilities
Inventory management: Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of all supplies and materials to maintain accurate records.
Stock control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic physical stock checks, and use records to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
Receiving and dispatching: Receive deliveries, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and prepare goods for dispatch or issuance.
Record keeping: Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawal logs for all stock movements.
Organization and maintenance: Keep the store and storage areas neat, orderly, and safe, organizing items by category and location.
Order processing: Initiate purchase requisitions when stock is low and coordinate with suppliers.
Documentation: Process all related documentation, such as purchase orders and delivery notes, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
Safety and compliance: Ensure that all safety, health, and operational quality standards are followed in the warehouse and store.
