Role Summary:

At Satv Ancient Superfoods Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality dairy and natural products. The Storekeeper will play a critical role in managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining hygiene and storage standards aligned with food safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all stock (inward & outward)

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment

• Conduct regular physical stock audits

• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First In First Out), especially for dairy/perishable products

Goods Handling & Storage

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods

• Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, safety)

• Label and organize stock systematically

• Identify and report damaged, expired, or near-expiry products

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain stock registers, invoices, GRNs, and dispatch records

• Update inventory data in Excel/ERP systems

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and wastage reports

Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and store teams

• Assist in dispatch, delivery, and logistics coordination

• Support smooth operations across multiple retail outlets

Compliance & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in storage areas

• Follow food safety guidelines and company SOPs

• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping / inventory management

• Experience in FMCG / Dairy / Food industry preferred

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accountability

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.)

• Understanding of cold storage handling (for dairy products)

• Ability to manage stock across multiple locations

Working Details:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Depending on work requirement)

• Weekly Off: Once a week (Alternate days)
