Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily inward and outward records of materials.
Receive, verify and store materials as per purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production and Accounts departments.
Ensure proper storage, identification and safety of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
Maintain records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips and stock statements.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduate or diploma preferred.
Experience in storekeeping, inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
Honest, responsible and disciplined.
