Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

Handle billing & POS system (basic computer knowledge required).

Manage stock shelves, racks, and refrigerators.

Maintain cleanliness & hygiene inside the store.

Support in inventory check and re-ordering.

Assist in café counter (basic food/beverage handling, if required).

Follow safety and security protocols (CCTV, billing rules, etc.).

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred for Manager).

Basic communication skills in Hindi & simple English.

Prior experience in retail/departmental store will be preferred.

Should be punctual, trustworthy, and customer-friendly.

Working Hours:

9-hour shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) – store operates 24×7.

Flexible to work on weekends/holidays.

Salary Range (Negotiable):

Store Associate: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Store Manager: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

(Can include performance bonus / sales incentive after 3 months.)
