Job Summary:

Pranav Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth material handling at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the construction sector and strong skills in communication and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of material receipts and issuance

• Track stock levels and manage timely replenishment

• Coordinate with project sites and the procurement team for material requirements

• Organize and maintain the store to ensure easy access and safety

• Generate and maintain inventory reports using MS Excel

• Verify and document incoming and outgoing materials with proper challans and invoices

• Perform regular stock audits and physical verification

• Ensure materials are dispatched and received as per company guidelines

• Maintain filing systems for all store-related documents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate (preferably from Commerce or Logistics background)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a storekeeper

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

• Experience with inventory software or ERP systems (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
