Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging, and consumables
Maintain accurate stock records (inward, outward, and closing stock)
Ensure proper storage as per FSSAI and company hygiene standards
Follow FIFO / FEFO methods for inventory management
Coordinate with kitchen and operations team for daily material issues
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions timely
Conduct daily and monthly stock audits
Minimize wastage and control inventory losses
Handle vendor deliveries and documentation (GRN, invoices)
Ensure cleanliness and organization of store area
12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years experience as Store Keeper in QSR / Hotel / Restaurant
Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, FEFO
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP)
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Good communication and coordination skills
