Maintain accurate stock records for all inward and outward materials
Ensure proper documentation and tagging of inventory items
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or discrepancies
Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts teams for stock reconciliation
Conduct regular physical stock checks and update inventory registers
Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials
Prevent stock loss, damage, or pilferage through strict control procedures
Support audits and provide stock-related reports to management
