Reports to: Facilities/Operations Manager

Location: Kandivali

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies for real estate projects.

2. Receive, inspect, and store goods and materials.

3. Ensure accurate record-keeping and tracking of inventory.

4. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

5. Coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment of stock.

6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of inventory management.

2. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

3. Ability to work independently.

4. Basic computer skills.
