Job Description

· Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for treatment chemicals, machinery parts, pipes, and safety equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available while avoiding overstocking.

· Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies, matching items with purchase orders and reporting issues.

· Storage and Safety: Store materials, especially hazardous chemicals (e.g., chlorine, polymers), according to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

· Issuing Stock: Issue equipment and parts to maintenance or operational staff upon approved, documented requisitions.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all stock movements.

· Stock Audits: Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.

· Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area.
