Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner within storerooms.
Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with procurement and accounts teams.
Issue materials and products as per requisitions from the kitchen and service departments.
Monitor stock levels and notify the concerned team for timely replenishment.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in the storage areas.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and report variances.
Comply with food safety, quality control, and HACCP guidelines.
Ensure proper labeling and rotation (FIFO/LIFO) of stock items.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
