We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day inventory operations at our Porta Cabins manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with production teams, and ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock entries, and inventory updates.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials such as steel, panels, hardware, electrical fittings, and fabrication items.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts teams for material requirements.
Perform periodic stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.
Track material consumption as per project or production requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using MS Excel.
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed in the store area.
Prevent material loss, damage, or wastage.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational ability.
Ability to handle factory/store environment and multitask efficiently.
Good communication skills and coordination ability.
Energetic, responsible, and disciplined personality.
Any Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.
0–3 years experience in warehouse, storekeeping, or factory inventory (Porta cabin / fabrication / construction industry preferred).
Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply.
