Job Description: Store Keeper
Department: F&B Operations (Box Bites, Coffee Kathe, Cinemas)

Role Overview
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, inventory,
staff coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of F&B outlets such as Box Bites,
Coffee Kathe, and Gopalan Cinemas. This role requires strong operational discipline, stock
management skills, and the ability to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Management
Oversee daily operations of Box Bites, Coffee Kathe, and cinema concession
counters.
Ensure stores open and close as per the operational schedule.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual standards at all counters.
Monitor food preparation, serving standards, and product availability.
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, consumables, and packaging items.
Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and update system records.
Coordinate with suppliers and central store for timely replenishment.
Reduce wastage, pilferage, and ensure FIFO method.
Sales & Cash Handling
Monitor daily sales and ensure accurate cash handling and billing.
Reconcile daily sales reports and submit to accounts/finance.
Ensure POS systems are functioning effectively.
Team Supervision
Supervise store staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline.
Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and hygiene practices.
Resolve team issues and escalate major concerns to the manager.
Customer Service
Ensure quick service, quality food output, and customer satisfaction.
Address customer complaints and provide immediate resolution.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain checklists, logs, and documentation as per SOPs.
Report any maintenance issues immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B / QSR / Café / Multiplex operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, billing, and store operations.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Basic computer proficiency (POS, MS Excel, stock systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple counters.
Preferred Background
Experience in brands like KFC, McDonald’s, Café Coffee Day, Domino’s,
multiplex F&B, or similar setups will be an added advantage.
Candidates with Hotel Management or relevant F&B background preferred.
